What’s the difference between the plans?
Free Forever: Lite includes 3 vehicle or VIN search per month. Code and no code searches are limited to 3 per day. You can also use earned tokens for any search after any of your credits run out. This level has access to all tools except “price margin adjustment”. Advanced cart can be accessed once a login is created.
Level 1: Starter includes 1 vehicle or VIN search per day, you can also earn tokens and use those for more free vehicle & VIN searches. Code and no code searches are limited to 10 per day, you can also use tokens for code and no code searches after your daily credits run out.
Level 2: Popular includes 5 vehicle or VIN searches that renew daily, you can use earned tokens when you have used up all of your daily credits. There are unlimited code or no code searches with this plan.
Level 3: Premium includes 300 vehicle or VIN search credits that renew every month so you don’t have to worry about daily expirations. If you do come to the end of the month and need more searches, you can always use earned tokens. There are unlimited code or no code searches with this plan.
Can I cancel or delete my account?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription or permanently delete your account information at anytime. Just go to your “settings” on the home bar of the app, tap “account settings”, scroll to the bottom and you will see both buttons “cancel and “delete account”. Deleting the app from your phone will not cancel the subscription or delete your account from our database. All subscription policies in regard to refunds are determined by Apple & Google.
Can I recover an expired account?
When your subscription ends your information is no longer saved in our database per Apple & Google policies. Your cart and other information will not be saved.
Is there an "Enterprise" subscription if I need more searches per month?
Currently we do not offer larger subscription plans, but we are open to discussing options that may better suit your enterprise business, shoot us an email at talk@catdb.app. For now, we recommend having a separate account for each employee that would need to use the app. This will also help with security, privacy, and inventory tracking issues that may happen within a bigger business.
